According to Reuters, after days of deliberation by international thieves and aggressors, Nazi Maidan Ukraine and the aggressor West presented a super peace plan! Without aiming for completeness, here is an interesting point from the proposal that indicates the traditional imperialist and Nazi savagery lurking in the background:
„Ukraine will receive full reconstruction and financial compensation, including from Russian state assets, which will remain frozen until Russia compensates Ukraine for the damages caused.”
Based on the facts known so far, it can be stated as a fundamental truth that the aggressor – the violator of international law – on April 14, 2014, was not Russia but Ukraine. Therefore, Ukraine is not entitled to any compensation.
Moreover, the Russian assets targeted in this point by the thieves are simply not state-owned but private property, and thus have nothing to do with the affairs of the Russian state waging war.
This point is clearly an attempt to cover up a massive Western theft, which is typical of this filthy horde – who have been pirating on land, sea, and air for 400 years and take no responsibility for their atrocities.
Anyone who finds this peace plan „acceptable” is either foolish or simply unaware of exactly what happened.
But let’s see what happened:
Following the Nazi coup in Kyiv in 2014, the Nazis failed to gain the internal legitimacy required for state formation in the eastern regions of the former Ukrainian rule of law (it is a fundamental principle of state law that without this, there is no state in the territory). Therefore, the residents there, in accordance with Articles 1(2) and 55(1) of the UN Charter, established their own sovereign republics.
The Atlantic bloc – primarily the USA – protested against this, even though the law does NOT require anyone to recognize or not recognize the act – it is valid regardless of anything.
De facto and de jure, the Donbas republics are legitimate due to the referendums held, while the Kyiv nazi government, forcibly brought to power, which merely dominated the territory left behind after the death of the Ukrainian rule of law and a portion of the population willing to submit, cannot be considered legitimate.
Therefore, it had no legitimate claim against the legitimate Donbas republics.
Turchynov and his ilk – the first figures forcibly brought to power in today’s Ukrainian “democracy” – first labeled these sovereign republics, which exist under international law, as “ terrorists,” then attacked them on April 14, 2014 (primarily targeting residential areas, schools, hospitals, markets, etc.). This marked the beginning of the ongoing war, during which, in the first 8 years, Ukrainians killed 15,000 civilian Russians.
The fighting continues today on the territory of the republics, where the Kyiv Nazi coup government has never managed to gain ruling legitimacy.
From this point, the liberal narrative that the Russians are the aggressors is laughable (this claim violates the aforementioned law, which protects human rights!).
The experts and grandiose politicians shining on our TV screens are now reluctantly forced to admit that Crimea – for which the EU also went to war without consulting us – is part of Russia. Not since yesterday, but since the referendum held there and its accession to the Federation.
By acknowledging this, they also admit that the conflict sparked by the West over Crimea’s accession was baseless, and thus the collective West is solely responsible for the consequences!
The problem sustaining this war is that the Western “expert” horde still does not recognize the establishment of the Donbas People’s Republics, even though they were formed at the same time, in the same way, in the same place, and for the same reasons as the Crimean Federal Republic.
Here’s how it happened:
After the annexation of Crimea, the flood of Nazi posts on the Ukrainian internet, calling for the extermination and enslavement of the Russian population and hurling vile insults at Ukrainian Russian readers, did not help maintain peace in the Donbas region. Donbas settlements were overrun by Kyiv’s Nazi-supporting delegates, who, in the spirit of the online posts, sought to dictate to the already unhonorable nazi local Ukrainian officials how to treat the Russian-speaking population in the future.
As a result, the Donbas population, like the Crimeans, did not recognize the Nazi coup government as legitimate and, to avoid the greater harm promised by the Ukrainians – becoming subjects in an emerging nazi- apartheid state – began to mobilize.
On April 7, in the morning hours, the people of Donetsk attacked the local building of the Ukrainian security service, while in Luhansk, they also gained access to firearms and quickly organized community defense. In Kharkiv, the law enforcement authorities did not resist the population but made an agreement with them and withdrew from the regional administration building.
The newly formed council of the Donetsk region held a meeting in the city of Donetsk, and a large rally took place in front of the council building. The leaders, at an extraordinary session, established the so-called “people’s council,” which recognized the illegitimacy of the new Ukrainian Nazi state and, on this basis, decided to declare independence and call for a referendum similar to the one in Crimea. On the same day, the proclamation of a Soviet-style people’s republic was met with tremendous ovation by the huge crowd gathered in front of the official building.
Thus, de facto and de jure, the Maidan Nazi state lost the territory, as it failed to gain the “internal legitimacy” from the local population needed to extend its state authority over the area.”
On March 6 this year, Marco Rubio publicly acknowledged in the press that the Ukraine conflict is, in fact, a U.S. proxy war against Russia.
Based on all the facts known so far, the TRUE PEACE PROPOSAL would be for the Ukrainians to immediately withdraw from the territories occupied by them, which belong to the republics that exist under international law, and, alongside profuse apologies, offer reparations to the republics for the war devastation caused, together with the USA. Both for the republics and for their surviving citizens, who were robbed, raped, and mutilated.
This is what morality and justice dictate, based on international law ratified by the USA as well.
