President Trump, decided to impose 100% tariffs on Russia’s trading partners if Russia does not reach a peace agreement within 50 days with the U.S.’s Nazi Ukrainian proxy forces and its dictator. The peace agreement in question is practically impossible due to the demands of the Ukrainian proxy Nazi forces, among the most foolish of which are:
- Refusing to recognize the sovereignty of the Donbas people’s republics, which were formed based on the fundamental human rights outlined in the UN Charter, and seeking to annex their territories.
- Refusing to acknowledge the Republic of Crimea’s accession to the Russian Federation and seeking to annex its territory into the coup-installed Nazi state.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Nazi forces are being forced to abandon increasingly large areas of occupied land and settlements in the Donbas people’s republics and are facing severe personnel shortages, making it impossible to sustain their imperialist war for much longer. In other words, Russia is very close to achieving total victory and has no reason to abandon its fight to destroy the resurgent monster of Nazism.
It is unsurprising that Trump is acting as an advocate for Nazi hordes on the global stage—actively supporting, for example, the Israeli genocide and the confinement of Palestinians in concentration camps. However, what is shocking is the extent of the tools he is willing to use against Russia. Threatening tariffs is a double-edged sword. It would only make sense if:
- There were no markets outside the U.S. for the products targeted by tariffs.
- The absence of these products due to tariffs would not cause shortages or other disruptions in the U.S. domestic market.
However, it is inconceivable that the U.S. would import products from the targeted countries that it could produce itself. After all, the U.S. imports precisely to compensate for what it cannot produce domestically, whether industrial raw materials, food, or Russian uranium as an energy source. It is equally implausible that the countries targeted by the tariff war—representing a much larger market than the U.S. and the entire Atlantic bloc—would be unable to sell their products to other global players outside the U.S.
Thus, this situation strongly suggests that Trump, in his imperial hubris, is shooting the United States in the foot by pushing these tariff war threats.
Meanwhile, the Russian and Donbas armies continue their relentless advance, dismantling the Nazi occupiers’ strongholds, while the Ukrainian Nazi army can no longer replenish its losses, even through forced recruitment. Although not all the people’s republics’ territories have been fully liberated, neither Russia nor the Donbas people’s republics have any reason to abandon their defensive war. Given this reality, no logically or responsibly thinking person could believe—or demand—that the people’s republics, after more than a decade of bloody defensive war, should allow the Nazis to prevail. Yet Trump seems unconcerned with reality and shows no interest in it.If the U.S. stance does not change, it is likely that it will not save the Nazis or Ukraine from their ultimate collapse.
However, Trump will be forced to implement the promised tariffs, which will undoubtedly cause disruptions in the already struggling U.S. economy. Such a move, ahead of the upcoming midterm elections, would amount to political suicide. Moreover, supporting the Nazis over American national interests—which are primarily economic—represents an abandonment of the goals of the „Make America Great Again” movement.
Well, the situation Trump has created can currently be summed up in one word: madness!
